Saturday 11th April, Heritage Transport Show, Detling. Brian needs 15-20 bikes for the event. You will need to fill in the application request form online on the Kent Showground (KCAS) website as a club member. Follow the link below. Brian will need to know what bikes are coming so please let him know well in advance. Thursday 21st May, Mid Month Ride out. Short run out to East Peckham via the back lanes ending up at the Peckham Charcoal Grille next to the A228 roundabout. Meet at Borough Green Train Station at 6.15 for a 6.30 depart. Only a short run for the first of this years mid month ride outs.

Sunday 28th June, we are having a club stand at the Romney Marsh Classic Motorcycle Motorcycle Show & Bike jumble so can you please let Brian know asap which bike you will be taking along with the bike details please. Pre-1990 machines only. Brian needs to know the registration and the year of manufacture of the bike before the 1st June. Brian would like all exhibitors onsite by 8.30am so that we have time to set up the stand. Thursday 30th, Club Night. The IWKR normally occurs after our first monthly meet but not this time, so we will be having an early August club night on the 30th July and to meet at The Friars Aylesford Priory to help erect the marque for the club stand for the International West Kent Run show. Quite a few people will be getting onsite early afternoon to help erect the marque so if you can make it early so much the better, many hands and all that. There is usually a BBQ and beers laid on at reasonable prices by the IWKR come early evening for those wanting food. Brian has some free tickets for the IWKR Sunday show, first come first served. VJMC members only.

Sunday 2nd August, International West Kent Run show. We will be having a club stand at the Sunday show as normal. We need around 30 bikes for this show, so plenty of room for anyone wishing to show their bike/bikes. If you wish to show your bike please let Brian know asap. Brian has asked exhibitors are onsite about 7.45ish so that the bikes can be placed and set up.

Sunday 6th September, VJMC Kent & Surrey Annual Box Hill Mega Meet. For Sundays Box hill Mega Meet Brian & Dave will be going directly to Box hill to set up the gazebo etc so I will be at Westerham (Westerham Green by the statue on the the high street A25) at about 9.15am for a 9.45am depart to Box hill aiming for a 10.30 am arrival. If anybody fancies it I will see you at Westerham for a casual ride to the Box hill Mega Meet.
